These two beautiful knobs can fall into the Art Deco period or the Waterfall era. They are bakelite. The early bakelite plastic is denser than the later more modern plastic.
The butterscotch-colored knobs measure 1 1/8 inches across the top and have a marbling look. Around the outside edge of each knob is a thumbnail pattern. (Some say a piecrust edge pattern.) The knobs taper down to a narrow neck of 1/2 inch. The original screws are included.
