Because of the way this handle is shaped–thick in the center and tapered at the ends–it will mount only one way horizontally on a drawer. If one uses it on a door, it works better as a right-hand pull because of its tilt. The handle measures 5 1/4 inches across, with the hole centers at 4 3/8 inches. However, the handle mounts with self-attached bolts (one piece) with the original nuts. The thread length is only 1/2 inch, so this handle can only be used on a thin piece of wood. It weighs 9 ounces.
