This heavy cast iron barrel bolt lock probably was made in the early 1900s. The keeper is not original, but matches very closely. The cast-iron housing holds a 3/8-inch bolt that has a brass pull. The full length of both pieces is 5 inches, while the barrel lock, without the keeper, is 3 1/2 inches. The lock is 1 3/4 inches wide. This is a very fine antique lock. We will add the proper screws.
