This handsome brass cabinet handle was manufactured by the Amerock Company of Rockford, Illinois. This is new-old-stock; therefore, the piece has never been used. What is surprising, in a way, is the fact that this Art Deco handle is brass. Usually, the Art Deco period emphasized the chrome look. The polished brass-finished handle has a steel back piece for strength. This two-piece construction indicates that this handle is older. The newer cabinet handles were often made with one piece.
The handle measures 4 1/2 inches long. It is 1/2 wide. The hole centers are 2 3/4 inches apart. Screws will be included.
