This chrome cabinet hinge has the Art Deco influence. The wing that mounts to the frame has the “lines” that depict the Art Deco look. This hinge is an original one that comes out of the 1940s through the 1950s. The inset is 3/8 inch. (the cabinet door insets from the frame.) The exposed part of the hinge on the surface is the narrow wing, the spine, and spine’s platform. The other larger wing is fastened to the back of the door which butts up to and insets into the frame.
The narrow wing measures 2 1/2 inches long and 3/8 inch wide. The entire exposed part of wing, spine, and platform is 3/4 inch wide. The larger wing measures 1 1/8 inches horizontally and 1 1/2 inches vertically.
