This pair of knobs are quite different in that they are smaller and narrow. The nickel-plated set comes from out of the Art Deco era, from 1920 to 1940. The necks are threaded and spin onto the threaded spindle. The shape of the necks are called an “hour-glass” style, which is somewhat uncommon as well. The set consists of two matching knobs, a threaded spindle, and four set screws.
Each knob measures 1 7/8 inches across and only 1/2 inch deep. The top of the knob is concave. The neck of each knob measures 1 1/4 inches long. There are two set screws for each neck. All four set screws are included and are loose.
This set really stands out here in the store, among the scores of brass and bronze knobs.
