Miss Margaret has seen a spool cabinet that has these pulls, but she was unable to determine the maker of the cabinet. This pull has a definite company logo on the drop, but it is hard to know what it stands for. This pull dates from before 1900 to 1920.
The brass tear-drop pull has a single post that splits or spreads apart on the backside of the drawer.
The crest-shaped back plate measures 1 1/2 inches across and one inch vertically. The pull drops 1 1/4 inches. The tear drop measures 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches vertically. The length of the split-tailed post is 1 3/8 inches.
The back plate is secured to the drawer front with two small brads, which we will include.
