Waterfall furniture appeared in the 1930s Depression era. It was inexpensive but beautiful. The feature that was different about this furniture was that it had curved or rounded edges–hence, the name “Waterfall.” This handle is from that era. It shows no evidence that it ever had an accent piece of bakelite or plastic.
The handle is a two-piece construction. The stamped brass top is folded and crimped over a steel back plate. That plate has two screw holes 3 3/4 inches apart for mounting the handle from the back side. The handle projects 7/8 inch from the surface.
We will provide the screws.
