This cast brass drawer pull’s plate reminds us of an English crown. The plate is brass, but the bail and eye bolts are steel. The bail is very plain with no pattern. This pull probably graced a less expensive piece of furniture. It dates from the late 1800s to about 1915.
The back plate measures 4 1/4 inches horizontally and 1 1/2 inches vertically. The total drop including the bail is 2 3/8 inches. The hole centers are 3 inches apart. The bolts extend beyond the back of the plate 1 1/4 inches. The original nuts are included.
