This cabinet hinge has the 3/8-inch inset for a door that is fastened or hung from the backside. The narrow wing and spine are fastened to the frame of the door while the wider wing (with the three holes) is fastened to the back of the cabinet door.
This chrome-style hinge was use a lot during the 1950s through the 1970s. This is an old hinge; not a new repo.
The plate that is fastened to the frame measures 2 3/4 inches long and 3/8 inch wide. The other front-exposed piece next to the spine is 3/8 inch wide. The large wing that fastens to the back of the door measures 1 1/4 inches horizontally and 1 1/2 inches vertically.
