This exquisite cast brass piece is complete and ready for that special lamp. It is one-of-a-kind from the Eastlake era, dating 1870 to 1890. The bracket is to be mounted on the wall with four good-sized screws. The lamp then sets inside the ring. The adjusting screw on the side is loose and can be moved to make the ring larger or tighter to fit the lamp base.
The back plate measures 5 inches vertically and 5 1/2 inches horizontally. The ring is approximately 4 1/4 inches in diameter. The bracket projects 6 3/4 inches from the back plate.
This will be a conversation piece. Four old steel round-headed screws will be included.
