The photo may appear that this lift is large, but actually it is not. This fairly un-noticeable piece of hardware was at the base of a window and was used to lift up the window (or sash). Because it has the flashed copper treatment, it dates in the first twenty years of the 1900s.
The plate of the lift measures 1 5/8 inches across and 7/8 inch vertically. The two hole centers are one inch. The lift projects 7/8 inch from the surface.
This is a used piece. There has been some light cleaning. Remember no two pieces of flashed copper hardware are alike. Because of the spraying, there are no identical pieces.
Screws are included.
