This matched pair is a family—two items that have always been together. This petite duo probably came off of a small cabinet or cupboard. They date to around 1900 to the 1930s.
Each slide latch has a flashed copper finish which has dulled through the years, but the remaining patina is dark and rich. Each latch with its keeper measures 1 5/8 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide. The latch without its keeper is one inch long.
The latches are spring loaded. The knob controls the slide. Both are in good working order.
Screws will be included.
