This key-hole escutcheon has the flashed copper treatment with a Victorian pattern. Thus, it comes from the early 20th Century. It is stamped steel with the copper finish which has been flashed with a black lacquer. The escutcheon does not lay flat. It is beveled or raises from the surface by 1/16 of an inch.
The key-hole cover measures 2 inches vertically and 1 1/8 inches horizontally. The key hole opening is 3/4 inch long. We will include screws or brads for mounting.
