This beautiful pocket door pull is stamped copper with a hint of flashing. Flashing was a process where a splash of black lacquer was given to the hardware. This door pull has a Victorian pattern. We guess it to be from around the late 1800s to early 1900s.
The plate measures 8 1/4 inches long and 2 1/4 inches wide. The inset, which is embedded into the wood is 3/16 inch deep. The inset measures 2 3/4 inches by 1 3/8 inches.
We have lightly cleaned this piece. Screws will be included.
