We have included this single handle in the catalog because it is a rare find. It is so simple and plain, but its shape and size and age merits notice. The handle is metal with an aged patina. This is the type of handle that was used on the Hoosier-style kitchen cabinets. We guess it to be from the 1920s.
The handle measures 5 inches long and 1/2-inch wide. The hole centers are 4 3/8 inches apart. The piece projects one inch from the surface.
Oh, if only this one could talk. It is charming. We will include two old steel screws.
