We put this small pull in the pocket-door category. It could be also a window sash lift. This piece has the flashed copper finish which dates it to the first part of the 20th Century. From 1900 to into the 1920s, this treatment on hardware was the popular look. The beaded oval pattern was found on doors and windows.
The pull (or lift) measures 4 1/4 inches vertically and 1 1/2 inches horizontally. The recess is large enough for three fingers and measures 2 inches by 1 5/8 inches. The inset measures 3/8 inch deep which means the plate will need to be embedded slightly into the wood.
Two screws will be provided.
