Art Nouveau drawer pulls are fewer in number than the Victorian stamped and cast brass pieces. Perhaps because the era was short lived (1890-1910), these pieces of hardware are scarce. This lovely pull demonstrates the real difference between the more recognizable Victorian pieces and the Art Nouveau pulls.
This drawer pull is screwed to the front of the drawer rather than fastened with eye bolts. It is constructed of stamped steel with a heavy cast iron bail. It has a black japaned finish.
The back plate measures 3 3/4 inches horizontally and 2 inches vertically. Four round-headed black screws will be included.
