This item is for those of you who are looking for a shabby old cabinet hinge. This is a Stanley sweetheart hinge from the 1920s to 1930s. It has been painted. This particular style of butterfly hinge is somewhat uncommon and quite sought after. Under the paint is a steel hinge that had a chrome finish.
This hinge is a flat hinge–both wings are mounted on the front of the cabinet. The smaller wing measures 2 inches vertically and 1 1/4 inches horizontally. The longer wing, that mounts to the door, is 1 3/4 inches at the widest point and measures 2 inches horizontally (or long).
The hinge is loose and ready to use. Screws are not provided on this one.
