This ring pull with its floret back plate is made of steel. Through the years it has darkened to an almost black-colored finish.
The floret back plate measures 1 1/2 inches vertically and 3/4 inch across the top. A small hole is at the bottom of the plate in order to secure the pull with a brad or small screw. The post, that extends 1/2 inch beyond the back of the plate, is located in the center just below the ring. After the post is inserted into the wood, a screw is fed from the back to thread into the post.
The banded-looking ring measures 1 1/2 inches round. The overall drop of the pull from the top of the back plate to the bottom of the ring is 1 3/4 inches. A screw will be included.
