This stamped brass drawer pull is from the Eastlake era (1870-1890). The back plate is not pure Eastlake design, but the original bail to this pull is definitely Eastlake. The bail is steel with the Eastlake daisy on both sides of the bail. The bail hangs from cast brass Victorian posts.
The back plate measures 4 1/4 inches horizontally and 1 3/4 inches vertically. The total drop including the bail is 2 inches. The hole centers are 3 inches apart. The bolts extend beyond the back of the plate 1 1/8 inches. The original nuts are included.
This flower motif is beautiful. Who says one has to use this antique on a piece of furniture!
