This furniture pull is somewhat larger and has the wide heavy bail. This pull would have been found on larger dressers, on wardrobes, or large-drawer buffets. We have cleaned the pull lightly, but it has not been polished. The bail and eye bolts are steel, which was the norm for the late 1800s to early 1900s. The back plate is stamped brass.
The pull measures 4 7/8 inches horizontally and 2 1/4 inches vertically. The total drop, including the bail is 2 3/4 inches. The nicely decorated bail measures 4 1/2 inches across. Hole centers are 3 inches apart. Nuts for the eye bolts are included.
The Old Hardware Store houses its original hardware cabinets. In many of the large flat drawers we display our Victorian furniture pulls. We now estimate over 250 patterns of just this kind of hardware. Contact us if you are looking for a certain pattern.
