This rare stamped brass drawer pull comes from the Eastlake era, 1870 to 1890. The back plate is heavily decorated and has a song bird motif in the center. The posts and bail are fancy cast brass.
The back plate measures 4 inches horizontally and 1 1/2 inches vertically. The total drop including the bail is 2 inches. The hole centers are 2 1/4 inches apart. The posts extend 1 7/8 inches from the back of the plate. The original nuts are included.
The quality of this pull indicates that the piece of furniture was also high quality and expensive. The pull is a piece of antique art.
