This tear-drop pull may have come off of a dresser or buffet. It may be from the Victorian era, but because it is stamped steel, we are guessing that it is actually from around the 1940s. There is a dark patina on the pull that needs to remain. We have left the pull as is; only a dusting with an oiled cloth is recommended.
The light weight back plate is mounded with a single screw, inserted from the back of the drawer. The plate measures 2 1/2 inches across and 2 inches vertically. There is a small hole at the base of the plate so that one can secure the back plate with a brad. The tear drop measures 2 inches long and 7/8 inch wide. The entire length of the pull, including the drop, is 3 1/4 inches.
A screw will be included.
