We have had scores of different Chippendale pulls in the store, but never one this tiny. The Chippendale motif, with its “wings”and top knot, has been a popular look in furniture hardware for some 200 hundred years. This one probably came out of the 1930s-1950s. Because of its miniature size, we are guessing it came off of a sewing machine drawer or a child’s doll dresser.
The brass pull measures 2 1/8 inches horizontally and 1 1/8 inches vertically. The bail swings from two posts with hole centers of 1 1/2 inches apart.
Screws will be included.
