Glass cabinet knobs were the rage for many years in the early half of the 20th Century. This one design, however, is somewhat different than most of the glass cabinet ones we see. It has the hexagon-shaped top as the more common knob, but the tapered body of this knob is taller and more narrow than the others.
The knob measures one inch across the top. It height is 1 1/8 inches. The base measures 1/2 inch. Thus, the knob tapers from 1/2 inch at the base to one inch across the top.
Bolts for fastening this knob to the drawer or door can be found elsewhere in the catalog. The estimated date on this one is from the 1920s through the 1940s.
