From the Victorian era (1870-1915) is this cast-iron sash lift. This patterned lift was meant to be mounted at the bottom of the window or sash and used to lift the window up. Because it is cast iron and mounted with two screws, the pull will lift quite a bit of weight.
The back plate measures one inch vertically and 1 1/2 inches horizontally. The lift arm projects approximately one inch. Screws will be included.
Small, but mighty!
