This “Century” pattern was introduced by Russell & Erwin Mfg. Co. in 1909. The knobs are steel with a five-fold pattern on the face. They appear to have been finished with a light bronze finish, but that coating have been rubbed off during the years. The pattern is what makes this pair interesting.
The 2 1/4-inch knobs are belted because of the way they were constructed. The top piece was snapped onto the solid base. The pair is in good condition.
A spindle and two set screws are included.
