Pocket door pull plates are hard to come by these days. Many old parlor doors were removed in later years and the hardware lost. This Victorian piece predates 1900. It is cast iron but has a bronze rubbed finish. The highly decorated piece shows bouquets of flowers and turkey-tail type finials at the top and bottom.
The plate measures 8 1/4 inches vertically and 2 inches horizontally. The depth of the inset is 3/8 inch. The opening measures 3 inches vertically and 1 3/8 inches horizontally. Because of the inset, the piece would have to be embedded into the door.
Screws will be provided.
